Is it any surprise to any of us that Florida has been ranked the “#1 Judicial Hellhole” by the American Tort Reform Foundation (ATRF). As this article points out, costs associated with PIP fraud and abuses of the Assignment of Benefits are being passed on to consumers. Unfortunately, the ATRF Report continues by stating that Florida “shows little inclination to make much-needed course correction”.
